Hive Club - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Customers will receive one (1) stamp on their Hive Club card for every $25 spent in-store at any participating Hive Marketplace location. For example, a $50 spend will receive two (2) stamps.

2. Bonus Stamp Promotions
From time to time, customers may have the opportunity to earn bonus or double stamps on qualifying purchases (e.g. purchasing from a selected stockist). These promotions will be clearly marked in-store and apply only to eligible purchases during the promotional period.

3. Entry into Draw
A completed Hive Club card (nine (9) stamps) constitutes one (1) entry into the monthly giveaway draw.

4. Participant Details
To be eligible, customers must provide a valid name and contact details on their completed card. Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.

5. Draw Details
One (1) winner will be drawn each month across all participating Hive Marketplace stores. There is only one winner per month, not one per store.

6. Prize
The winner will receive a $100 Hive Marketplace gift card, redeemable in-store only.

7. Gift Card Conditions

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
• No change will be given for any unused portion.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
• Gift cards must be used in accordance with in-store policies.

8. Card Conditions

• Hive Club cards are not transferable.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.
• Cards must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.

9. General
Hive Marketplace reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
