Hive Marketplace is a curated retail space filled with thoughtful, well designed products from a mix of brands. It’s fast paced, detail driven, and very customer focused.
If you’re the kind of person who notices the little things, takes pride in how a space looks, and genuinely enjoys helping people, you’ll probably feel at home here.
The Role
This isn’t “stand behind the counter” retail.
You’ll be:
- Talking to customers constantly (and actually helping them find things)
- Keeping the space looking sharp and intentional
- Restocking and managing product across multiple brands
- Working in a high traffic, high energy environment
Weekend availability is essential.

- You’re naturally friendly and confident with people
- You have a strong sense of personal responsibility
- You notice when something’s off and fix it without being asked
- You’re reliable - genuinely!
- You take pride in presentation and detail
Retail experience helps, but personality matters more.
